Introduction: About Us

We feel that our best work is performed at night. This is when our concentration efforts are focused on coding and developing systems. When we built the Night Engine it was created from scratch during these hours.

We want to attract talent that fit into our category of professionals who burn the midnight oil and are like the night owl. Some of us here get our assignments from the night engine so that we may go to work during the day.

We have a mix of professionals here who are on different tracks, levels of proficiency and may work in different areas in the development process. This introduction will be your blueprint of what we do and how we do it.

Our main focus is about you. Your career development and education are our motivating factors of hiring and maintaining skilled professionals that learn and grow with us. Everyone has an unique identity and we employ a creative way to develop your specialty.

You choose your track. Either A or B. Hardware or Software. This will put you on the career path that highlight your strengths and interests. The best way to foster career growth is by placing you in an area where you have the most potential.

One way for us to gauge your potential is by the professional certifications that you earn. We explain in detail about joining the union and earning certifications that never expire. This is a good place to talk a little about our history.

Our History

In this context we explore certification history. Some pros and cons of what works and what we have found that does not work with regard to professional certifications as a marketing tool. One way to give you an edge over the competition when seeking employment is by the certifications you have earned.

In real life IT certifications expire after 3 or 4 years. Technology changes, certification requirements change, therefore you have to upgrade your certification to the latest or most recent version of the certification to stay current with the vendor technologies.¹
